1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of use govern access to and use of the website canadabetlabel.com (the “Site”). By opening or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms, together with the Privacy statement and About cookies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is an information portal about the BetLabel brand, with reviews, guides and comparisons covering sports betting, casino games, promotions and the mobile app. The Site is not a gambling operator. It does not run any game of chance, betting or bingo for money, and it does not open accounts or accept bets, deposits or withdrawals.
BetLabel is run by a third party, named in the Site’s content, with whom you contract directly if you decide to open an account. Game rules, bonuses, limits and payments are set by the operator alone, in its own terms and conditions.
What we publish comes from public sources and our own tests, and it can change without notice. Before you register or activate a promotion, always check the current terms on the operator’s site.
3. Legal age and the law in Canada
The Site is meant only for adults who have reached the legal gambling age in their province or territory: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. By using the Site you confirm that you meet that age.
In Canada, gambling is governed by the Criminal Code, and section 207 lets each province conduct, manage and license gaming within its borders. Single-event sports betting has been legal since August 2021. Ontario licenses private online operators through iGaming Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), and Alberta opened its own licensed market under the iGaming Alberta Act. The other provinces offer online play through Crown platforms. As the Site’s content explains, BetLabel operates under a Curaçao permission and holds no Canadian provincial licence or registration.
Check the rules of your province before you gamble online. You are responsible for your own decisions, and nothing on the Site is legal, financial or tax advice.
4. Links to third-party sites and commercial content
The Site contains links to third-party sites, including the operator’s site. Some of these links are commercial: the owner of the Site may receive a commission when a visitor follows one and registers. That arrangement does not change the prices or terms offered to you, and we disclose it so that the relationship is clear.
Third-party sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, the availability of their services or the contracts you make with their owners.
5. Responsible gambling
Treat gambling as paid entertainment, never as a way to make money. Set deposit, loss and time limits before you start, and do not chase your losses.

Provincial self-exclusion programs cover Crown and provincially licensed sites but not offshore casinos, so at BetLabel, self-exclusion is set inside your account.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, structure, graphics, original images and code of the Site are protected by the Copyright Act and other applicable laws. Reproducing, distributing, communicating to the public or modifying them, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is not allowed, except where the law permits it.
Third-party trademarks, logos and trade names that appear on the Site, including the BetLabel brand, belong to their owners and are used only to identify them and to inform.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Site if you are under the legal gambling age in your province.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else that could harm the systems of the Site or of others.
- Copy content systematically or by automated means without permission.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or against public order.
8. Liability
The Site and its content are provided as is. We work hard to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete and current, or that the Site will run without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from betting or gambling, for decisions made on the basis of the Site’s information, or for damage caused by the use of third-party sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes the rights you have as a consumer under the consumer protection laws of your province.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes in the law or in the way the Site works. Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page, with the date of the last update.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, this clause does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your province of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that province.
